David Bookspan is Founding Partner of DreamIt Ventures where he helps startups achieve their next market milestones. The third-ranked startup accelerator in the world, DreamIt catapults idea- and early-stage businesses to market in three months. DreamIt has launched 179 companies since 2008, including: LevelUp/SCVNGR, Notehall (acquired by Chegg), SeatGeek, SnipSnap, Take the Interview, Cloudamize, Betterific, TrendKite, CloudMine, Parsely, MindSnacks, Biomeme, YEVVO, Peeractive,and Adaptly.

He is Founder of Monetate, Inc. an online platform that turns eCommerce websites into agile platforms for testing, merchandising, targeting, and creating personal experience for customers. During the last holiday season, Monetate influenced more than 33 percent (or one in every three dollars) of U.S. eCommerce sales on Black Friday 2013.

David was Founder, President, and CEO of MarketSpan, Inc., whose CaseStream® service aggregated and enhanced court docket information, creating new research tools and marketing opportunities for legal professionals. MarketSpan was acquired, and CaseStream was rebranded LexisNexis CourtLink.
