Centre, Tripura govt sign peace pact with two militant groups; Amit Shah says 'I welcome cadres...'

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday said that the Government of India and Government of Tripura had signed a pact with two militant groups, including NLTF and ATFF to end violence and bring peace in the Northeastern state Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha was also present during the signing.
