Architect Joan Bosch Agustí designed a cooperative housing project on the southern slopes of Collserola, completed in 1978. The complex features green structures with shared amenities like a swimming pool and parking. Each building consists of seven units, a mix of residential and office spaces, showcasing modern architectural principles.

The remodeled home combines two units, creating six half-storey levels with no corridors. A staircase connects spaces and extends to tiered terraces leading to the garden. The challenge was to optimize functionality while preserving interconnectedness, prioritizing external views and cross-views.

The top two levels serve as micro-units with bedrooms, studios, and bathrooms. Middle levels house common areas, extending to the lower levels, which connect to the garden. The lowest level can become a guest bedroom.

Fixed furniture and multifunctional elements define the space, providing safety and incorporating interior plants to enhance presence and aesthetics. Custom-designed furnishings adapt spaces and overcome level changes.

Materials and color schemes are based on the original project, using ceramics, natural oak, and rendering, extending existing colors to furniture and fittings. The renovation creates neutral, light, timeless spaces that harmonize with the outdoors, natural light, plants, and cross-views, optimizing space use.
