Kim Walker (born Kimberly Anne Walker; June 19, 1968 – March 6, 2001, was an American film and television actress. She is best known for her role as Heather Chandler in the 1988 black comedy Heathers. Walker's sole starring role came in the 1995 independent drama film A Reason to Believe, where she portrayed the character Judith.

Walker was born on June 19, 1968, in New York. She attended Grace Church School and Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, where she was classmates with Christian Slater and Jennifer Aniston. She reportedly remained close friends with both Slater and Aniston throughout her life. After high school, Walker and Aniston shared an apartment in Los Angeles during the early stages of their acting careers.

Walker was the daughter of Ruth Mary (née Weigel) and Herb Walker. She passed away at the age of 32 at her home in Studio City on March 6, 2001, due to cerebral herniation caused by a malignant glioma. A craniotomy had been performed in January 1999 in an attempt to treat the tumor. She was buried at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, New York. Walker had been diagnosed with the brain tumor several years before her death.

Heathers is a 1988 American teen black comedy film written by Daniel Waters and directed by Michael Lehmann, in both of their respective film debuts. The film stars Winona Ryder, Christian Slater, Shannen Doherty, Lisanne Falk, Kim Walker, and Penelope Milford. Its plot portrays four teenage girls—three of whom are named Heather—in a clique at an Ohio high school, one of whose lives is disrupted by the arrival of a misanthrope intent on murdering the popular students and staging their deaths as suicides.

Waters wrote Heathers as a spec script and originally wanted Stanley Kubrick to direct the film, out of admiration for Kubrick's own black comedy film Dr. Strangelove. Waters intended the film to contrast the optimistic teen movies of the era, particularly those written by John Hughes, by presenting a cynical depiction of high school imbued with dark satire.
Filmed in Los Angeles from February to early April 1988, Heathers was released theatrically in the United States on March 31, 1989. It went on to win the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature, and for his screenplay, Waters received the Edgar Award for Best Motion Picture Screenplay. It has since become popular and is regarded in polls as one of the greatest coming-of-age films, and dark comedy of all time. Heathers has since been adapted into a musical and a television reboot.
