How To Keep Solar Bird Bath Fountain Centered (From Floating Around)

Trying to find a solution to keeping my solar bird bath fountain from floating around on me. This seemed to fix the issue, and now everything stays nice and centered (which also keeps the water in my bird bath longer). The birds don't mind it either since it gives them a perch in the water, and takes up very little room in the bath.
