The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights issued a report titled, "Are Rights a Reality? Evaluating Federal Civil Rights Enforcement," The report details how federal agencies are failing to protect our civil rights.

The report found that these agencies lack the necessary resources they need to get the job done.
