What really is the "craic"? And tell me about "mar dhea", please!

Another video in my Gaeilge Stuama Series, where I teach Irish in a way that anybody can follow. My approach is very different from others out there: I focus on words and sentences you will actually hear and be able to use. I also explain how the language works, but mostly stay away from grammar. Instead, you’ll practise with me how to pronounce the words.

In this video, I focus on Gaelic words Irish people throw into English sentences:
We’ll look at the meaning of “what’s the craic?” and another word related to “craic”.
I’ll also teach you what the Irish Gaelic equivalent to “what’s the craic?” is and how to answer it.
Finally, you’ll find out the meaning of “mar dhea”, a phrase much more typically Irish than “begorrah” and how to use it properly.
