I struggled for days trying to approach this issue and ended up just pouring out my heart on stream, reflecting on MY mistakes and ways I could and should have done better.

Most of this is just me sharing my perspective to give people a chance to understand another viewpoint. Understanding how I contribute to the problem and encouraging people to look at themselves and understand how they contribute to the problem so together we can be the change.
