Whirlpool Duet Maytag F9 E1 error code fix slow drain

Before you call a technician or pay for new pump try this chances are your pump is fine. When I've gotten this code in the past I've just cleaned out the screen for the pump to find a sock or coins. In this case the screen was completely clear and I was mind boggled for a couple hours, turned out to be easy fix, save the money, and DIY. I hope this helps someone else out!
