Sonic 2 2013 - Hidden Palace: 45"66 (Speed Run) [No Randoms]

Hidden Palace was added to the 2013 as an optional stage. And it's a pretty fun one to play. The most annoying caveat for Sonic is that an optimal boss involves having Tails around to fly you up, and he is very often not in a position to do so straight away. Lost a little bit of time on the boss in this run because of that, but wasn't a long wait so this will do.
