Can Duke Commit Stop Streak in Chicago's Smallest Gym?! Whitney Young v Lincoln Park Revenge Game

DJ Steward (Whitney Young 2020) signed with Duke this fall. He's widely considered the top player in Illinois Class of 2020. His Chicago Whitney Young Dolphins are considered one of the top teams in Chicago (currently ranked 5 in Chicago area) and in Illinois. They play a national schedule and DJ plays alongside many D1 prospects like 2020 Tyler Beard, 2021 Grant Newell and even 2023 Dalen Davis.
The last 2 times they played Chicago Lincoln Park HS in conference play, the highly-ranked Dolphins were upset by Lincoln Park. This time they met at TINY Lincoln Park's gym on the city's north side.
Fans in the front row of the bleachers' feet are literally inbounds on the court. Obviously it was standing room only. It came down to the closing minutes but DJ Steward guided Whitney Young to the 56-50 win, snapping the losing streak vs #10 Lincoln Park. The Dolphins never trailed in the game!
DJ Steward finished with 21 points, 5 rebounds. Whitney Young Senior Tyler Beard scored 13 and junior Jaeshon Thomas scored 8 in the first quarter.
Young's Sangolay Njie scored 6 points including a putback dunk and had 8 rebounds facing Lincoln Park’s 6-8 Romelle Howard.
Howard had 8 points and 7 rebounds. Junior guard Ismail Habib led Lincoln Park (7-2, 3-1) with 18 points and Julio Montes added 10.
