Quake - e2m5 NR in 0:31

A 2 second improvement over the previous record by József "Joe" Szalontai.

Took a näive pill and tried beating this record with a new strategy, but I didn't think 31 was possible initially. Found tons of movement and route optimisations here and there, and the timesaves kept piling. I got a 32.26 on my first successful 32 second run, so I had to go for the 31. This was the only run after picking up the red armor that I had such a humungous boost, letting me land right before the wooden slope. The new strategy in question is simply another movement tweak - instead of slope+rocketjumping off of the wooden slope, I simply didn't jump and combined the rocket with the slope, letting me land much sooner. That strat cannot be done too aggressively as I still have to bait an attack out of the shambler to zap the ogre for infighting.
