The Laythians - A Kerbal Space Program Story

My own take on "The Martian" challenge from reddit. I originally wanted to go to Duna and do a proper Martian challenge, but since I have never sent a manned expedition to Laythe before I decided to go there instead.

Luckily Laythe has no heavy storms, so the mission went according to plan, and all six kerbonauts returned home at the same time.

The video is heavily based upon Andy Weir's The Martian, and also from one of my all time favorite Kerbal Space Program videos, Katateochi's Constellation mission.

The whole movie was filmed over the course of two weeks, and it took another week of editing between work days to get it to completion. It was made using Sony Vegas 13, Hitfilm 2 and GIMP 2.
