1 Tbsp sugar
1/4  tsp or pinch of salt
2 Tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 cup all purpose flour

For Chocolate sauce:
80g dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cream fresh
