Full Body, Body Weight Workout! Featuring Lebert Bar Archer Rows,Archer Push ups, Single Leg Squats

This is a full body workout using only your body weight which can be done at home even if you have no equipment at all. We start with Bulgarian Split squats, then moving to single leg chair squats, and our last leg movement are step ups. From here we move into L sit chin ups, then reverse grip rows on my desk the last back exercise for this block is what I like to call reverse dead lifts which I usually do them with my Lebert bars but you can do them using a desk or your kitchen table.

We now go to Archer push ups for our chest followed by decline push ups. At this point we start back on our back by doing Lebert bar archer rows. our last set is just pull ups to fully exhaust the back.
