Tawang to Dirang | 130kms Ride | Tour Of North East ep.09

This is the 9th episode of the Tour of North East India which will show you the journey from Tawang to Dirang on motorbike. Riding 130 KMS in snowstorm, being stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours.
The distance from Kaziranga to Dirang is around 300 KMS. Depending on the road condition the total travel time can be from 9 to 10 hours. Dirang is conveniently located halfway between Tezpur and Tawang, making it an ideal overnight layover for tourists going to Tawang.
Dirang is a small town on the river valley of river Jia Bharali in Arunachal Pradesh. The weather here is quite pleasant most of the year, since it’s comparatively on a lower altitude of 4900 feet. But it can still get chilly at night.
