And yet, most Americans are buying into the idea that they always need MORE protein in their diets, fueling meat industries and harming the environment.

With charm and warmth, Christopher explains his life's work in nutrition and his current successes at Stanford in diet studies involving vegetarian and vegan diets. With periodic Q&A, he progresses into a slide show of statistics and charts to show his findings.

At the end of the slideshow, Christopher takes more questions related to protein consumption, including queries about GMO produce, the difficulties of comparing eating habits in different countries, meat grown in a test-tube and more!
