1. DON’T GET SCAMMED , compare the prices of apartments and
finalize it early, the prices increase a lot later on so once you find
a decent place to stay, don’t delay it.
2. Check the place out because the agency may use old pictures so
the actual apartment looks different.
3. When you get there check the appliances and ask for what you
need such as stove, washing machine, microwave and hoover in
the beginning
4. Meet the landlord to get to know what sort of a person they are,
