1️⃣ Shena Board Scorpion Push ups + "planks" 🦂

2️⃣ Persian meels parallel swings + Forward extensions
.
Adding the Bethak Hindu type squat during the arm extensions makes it more challenging 🔥
.
3️⃣ Bodyweight Pahlavani inspired combo
.
Drawing inspiration from Pa Zadan, the 4th art of Zoorkaneh Rituals. Kicks, turns and jumps for spacial awareness, coordination and agility. 🌪
