Reading the Donor Family Letter After Lung Transplant

One year to the day after Jennifer was released from the hospital following her double lung transplant we were lucky enough to receive a letter from the family of her organ donor Lacey. We've tried to capture important moments along the way and have forgotten about many of them, which is why I'm trying to post them as we find them again.
