Endless Space 2 - Vodyani LP/tutorial - part 3

This playthrough is meant to give you a better idea on how to play as the Vodyani faction in Endless Space 2. Expect a lot of talking as I discuss, in detail, the strategies that I use.

Also, one more thing - I am aware of some really OP strategies you can currently use in this game. I won't cover them though. Why? Because whenever something is obviously broken, it's guaranteed to be changed in the near future so basing an entire series on that would be stupid. I'm not here to teach you about exploits. I'm here to teach you about the strategy.
