RWBY Theory - Penny will be Neo's Salvation

Neo has been alone since losing Roman, the one person she cared about in the entire world and with Cinder treating her as a pawn, she is likely feeling more alone than ever. Penny has also experienced loneliness as she is currently the only person to be artificially created.
