Join me on a famous trail running route on an old mail road, called "Den trondhjemske postvei". This road was built in the 1780s, and it was used to transport the mail between Bergen and Trondheim in Norway. I think a postman from that time would be in pretty good shape!
It's a perfect scenery for you to enjoy on your treadmill workout or your sofa.
