Warm-up:
We all know a great workout starts with a great warm-up, so take 5 minutes to get the blood flowing through your whole body and then let’s get to it.

Workout:
For this workout, you’ll be performing 3 exercises in circuit fashion.

You should pick a weight that is about 50% of your 1 Rep Max.

For example, if you can squat & press 100Lb dumbbells, you’ll use 50Lb dumbbells for this exercise.

Perform 10 reps for each exercise taking as little rest as possible between exercises.

Once all 3 exercises are complete, that’s the end of the round.

You’re allowed 60 seconds to rest and rehydrate with AminoFast™ before you start the next round.

Your goal is to make it through all 15 rounds without dropping!

Stick to those short rest times and aim to make it through this thing in under 45 minutes.

Exercise #1: Dumbbell Squat & Press
Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders, brace the core, keep the knees out and perform a full depth squat going as deep as you can maintaining proper form - then explode up through the heels and drive the dumbbells into an overhead press, lower under control and repeat.

Exercise #2: Alternating Dumbbell Air Punches
Take a stance about shoulder-width apart, standing on the balls of your feel with a slightly staggered stance, knees slightly bent. You want to feel light on your feet.

Hold a pair of light 5 or 10Lb dumbbells up at your cheeks.

Then alternate throwing light punches straight out into the air like you’re boxing an invisible person in front of you.

You don’t need to punch hard with these, instead, you want to focus on speed, throwing as many punches back and forth as possible and keep your hands moving the entire time.

These will light your shoulders on fire!

Exercise #3: Dumbbell Push-up & Renegade Row
Set up in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand. Body straight like a board, core braced tight. Lower down and perform a full push-up, then keep your body parallel with the floor at the top while you row one dumbbell up to your side without twisting your body - pull with your elbow, squeeze with your lat. Then lower and repeat on the other side. Lower into a push-up again and repeat.
