Notes: The Lightning Gun is required to progress, as it opens the door to the Fiend corridor. Most of the time, though, it seems to be missing, leading to a softlock. This behavior happened on all source ports tested: Quakespasm, Ironwail, joeQuake.
The exit portal is open, right next to you, at the start. This is seemingly unintentional.
A few crashes due to the teleport train and non solid surfaces also happened during playthroughs.
The pillar shown at 01:39 has an active killtarget that will remove a Vore from the map. So, if you touch it before using the button shown at 01:34, you will be unable to kill it, despite it counting towards the kill total.
In the room with a big group of Zombies, one of them is almost completely placed out of bounds. Luckily, you can still hit it, as shown at 11:30.
Additionally, two Vores sit outside the map boundaries. However, their trigger_teleport is never activated by any entity on the map. Thus, they are impossible to kill. Maximum of 113/115.
