EAR STRETCHING | 1g

It's time for a less common (or really talked about) stretch - the 1g stretch! It was recommended that I do this stretch, instead of going from a 2g to a 0g...and I'm glad I listened to that advice. If you are stretching yourself, I would definitely recommend throwing the 1g stretch in there...it's better for your ears!
