Rotary Encoder (Visuino Program)

This is another very useful thing to use with Arduino: the rotary encoder.
In the video you can see the typical behavior "steps" in both directions. This means (translated in the real world) that we can see the exact position of a rotating object (or analog value as in the example with a blue LED).
