How to become an Advanced Motorist - Is it worth doing ?!

I've been an Advance Motorist since 2008. During a recent Mid-Week 180 I asked if any of you guys were also Advanced Drivers or if you would like to know more. Well, the response was overwhelming and here is my video giving you what you need to know.
