A heroic rescue operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa! Amidst record-breaking snowfall, Rescue 1122 and the district administration have successfully evacuated over 3,010 people stranded in Tirah Valley and surrounding districts. During this 3-day mission, 535 personnel and 190 vehicles worked tirelessly to pull out 942 vehicles buried under the snow. Heavy machinery was deployed to clear 60 major roads, restoring traffic across the province. With 32 temporary rescue points established, medical aid was provided to hundreds of affected citizens.
