I had a wonderful time in Spain touring around with the trad /swing band Shakin' All
Last day was Sitges Jazz Antic festival and I was so happy to be there and so amazed by the city and the music and people so I got inspired to write a song dedicated to the festival.
I rushed to my room after breakfast and began to write the charts. The concert was at one o clock in the afternoon and i had 40 minutes to write the song and mail to the reception . On the way to the concert I had one line done ..... "In every corner there's a Bix"
The rest was improvised. :)
The concert began and at the same time was a veteran car race so there were thousands of people. We played , someone filmed and posted on facebook and the we had over 40 000 views in one day.
All I can say is Thankyou Folks! I LOVE YOU
