Amanda Dee is a 200hr & 500hr E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) with more than 18,000 hours of teaching under her belt in some of the best yoga centers in New York City and around the world. During the past 19 years, she has led and continues to lead many workshops and yoga retreats world-wide, she opened a successful yoga center in Manhattan and now in Spain. She is the founder of Sun Salute Retreats (hosting and producing retreats for many established yoga teachers).

She studied advanced anatomy with world renowned teachers such Leslie Kaminoff, Tom Myers, and Zach Dacuk. She also studied and worked for many years with Schuyler Grant the creator of Kula Yoga and the Wanderlust yoga festival. Amanda's is the creator of the REALIGN yoga method which mixes together her experience as a professional dancer, and bodywork, her deep understanding of anatomy and the bio mechanics of how the body works, with creative choreography/sequencing and the ancient practice of yoga theory and meditation into one method.
