Dad speaks after mother found competent to stand trial in deaths of kids

A Montgomery County judge ruled Wednesday afternoon that a Maryland mother accused of killing two of her young children is competent to stand trial.

This comes after a two-day hearing, where the judge heard from two psychiatrists who have conflicting opinions on Hoggle's competency, as well as Hoggle's therapist from her time at the jail before the judge ordered she be moved back to a secure health facility.
