PDP-Laban President Alfonso Cusi and Secretary General Melvin Matibag filed a petition to declare SENATOR KOKO PIMENTEL and SENATOR MANNY PACQUIOA as ILLEGITIMATE members of PDP Laban.
In a petition filed before the Comelec on Tuesday, Sept 7, 2021, Cusi and Matibag claimed that the two Senators and their confederates have violated the Constitution and By-Laws of the ruling party and usurped the positions of Chairman and President without authority from the party.
