Metalheads from 75 nations debark to spend a day at beautiful Grand Turk, our Caribbean dream destination. After two days of nonstop heavy metal action, Sailors - including Joakim Brodén from Sabaton - get a chance to kick back and enjoy the tranquil beaches of Turks and Caicos Islands. Some of the more adventurous festival attendees embark on Shore Excursions with select Artists. Meanwhile, the Pool Girls’ photoshoot for the 70000TONS OF METAL calendar is underway.

Later in the day, we catch up with Andreas Kisser and Derrick Green of Sepultura, and Exodus bassist Jack Gibson to talk about their experiences on board 70000TONS OF METAL.

Sailors return to board the ship in the late afternoon as we begin the journey back to Florida. Once the ship starts moving the music starts playing! Sailors rush to witness concerts at the four venues on board, featuring performances by Meshuggah, Sepultura, Exodus, and Sonata Arctica.
