Our First New Construction: Lake Drive Custom: Ep 01

We’re starting fresh with this 3800SF lot by ripping down the existing 1960s cape. With a tight site we need to be creative with our design, a challenge we and the homeowner are up for for to highlight the killer view of Ames Pond.

We also increase the foundation wall height to 9’-0” for higher ceilings in the proposed finished walk out basement.
