Walk and Learn - Stronger Core, Stronger You Over 50
Be Healthy Enough Walk and Learn presents Stronger Core, Stronger You Over 50. This "podcast" is a bit different as I want you to walk with me and learn all about what a strong core is and why it's so important.
The format for this walk is 3 by 3. We start with a nice warm up and then walk fast for 3 minutes then slow for 3 and end with a nice cool down.
You can do this on a walk, on a piece of equipment or even just moving with me. Please listen to your body, practice safety first and have fun!.
