Meet the AAVSO's Exoplanet, YSO, and I&E Sections
Originally broadcast on June 8, 2024.
In this webinar, we began with a brief introduction to the AAVSO and its Section system.
We next featured short talks from three different AAVSO Sections:
- Exoplanets
- Young Stellar Objects
- Instrumentation & Equipment
If you enjoy observing exoplanets or monitoring protostars, you'll be very interested to hear about the ongoing studies conducted by the Exoplanet Section and Young Stellar Objects Section. And, if you're curious about smart telescopes, or looking to swap DIY equipment plans, the Instrumentation & Equipment Section is just the group for you.
After all of the presentations, our talented Section Leaders stayed online for an extended Q&A session, answering many interesting questions from the audience.
