Why CTU Has a Price Floor That Grows — Tokenomics Explained

Most crypto tokens have nothing underneath them — if sentiment
disappears, the price can go to zero. CTU is engineered with a
mathematical price floor anchored in physical assets. Here's how
it works.

WHAT ANCHORS THE FLOOR:
CTU's floor price is derived from the replacement cost of shipping
container capacity. A standard 20-foot container (1 TEU) costs
~$2,500-$3,500 to replace. Since 1 CTU = 1 cm³ of insured
capacity, each token's minimum valuation is dictated by its
proportional share of the physical asset pool.

WHY THE FLOOR GROWS:
CTU's supply is tied to physical asset acquisition — not arbitrary
minting:
→ Active capacity tokens = "live"
→ Tokens beyond secured capacity = LOCKED until the physical
TEU is verified on-chain via Proof-of-Reserve

Supply can never inflate beyond physical backing. As CONTEU
scales from 500 → 25,000 → 1,000,000 TEUs, more asset value
enters the pool and the floor under each token rises.

THREE LAYERS HOLD THE FLOOR UP:
1. Physical replacement value of the container capacity
2. Institutional cargo insurance (a floor above asset value)
3. VASP fee revenue supporting treasury and liquidity

THE DIFFERENCE:
Speculative token: price = sentiment, floor = $0
CTU: physical floor + insurance + treasury + utility + adoption upside

Downside protection AND upside potential. Floor below, ceiling open.

This is what "asset-backed" means when done right — a mechanism
