Making a Simple Tutu
A quick DIY video on how to make a simple tutu.
This tutu is for a 9 1/2 month old baby.
To make a larger tutu, just measure the waist of the child/adult and decrease the number by 2 inches. That is the size you will cut and sew the elastic.
You will also want to increase the length of the tulle to hang about mid to upper thigh.
