Cutie Pie the Pug

Whilst Uncle Luke has been training the shelter dogs, Aunty Sam has been hanging out with the kids and our own doggies. But when I’ve had a moment I’ve been catching up on some business admin. One thing has been sorting through all our video footage. There is so much. We take on average about 2-3 hours worth of footage each day that gets condensed down to 10-20 min videos. That every day, 5 days a week is a lot!

Before I archive these, I thought I’d put together a Cutie Pie video. We’ve posted a Tilly and Joey video before. Here is Cutie Pie’s one.

She’s grown up on the farm, unlike her adopted sisters. The first dog to do so from the start. She doesn’t know anything other than farm life. A plucky little Pug, brave as can be, who does not know just how big she is.

More Cattle Dog than Pug. Her idol is her big sister Tilly the Red Heeler. A companion for Elle, she’s fast become her very best friend.

This lucky little Pug, made her first friend in dear old Riker, bless his soul. A gentle giant that taught her about friendship, tolerance and the kind of love only a special soul can give.

She’s since made many many friends of all different sizes, ages, breeds. She really does love everyone.

She’s a fast swimmer, a lure fanatic, a herder of the big ball … a true farm dog.

She makes us laugh and does not want to miss out on a thing.

Cutie Pie by name, cutie pie by nature. Just don’t put her in a corner! She’s making it her mission in life to have the breed Pug under the working dog category.
