Its a crazy story one you would expect to see in a movie, but for one young Spanish Elite athlete his nightmare has come true - he qualified the place for Tokyo 2021 by being ranked in the top six athletes in the world, but his home nation doesn't feel he is the best man for the job........ a controversial decision which i'm sure the Spanish olympic Committee will review and hopefully revise the decision, allowing Tortosa the honour of competing once again at the highest level for his country and hopefully bring home an Olympic medal. any comments please keave them below, like , share and spread the word #TortosaToOlympics
