What EXTRA camera gear/accessories is worth the money?

Early filmmakers tend to constantley upgrade their camera gear. The camera and the lenses is obvious choice of upgrading, but i wanted to discuss a little bit about the extra gear on the side of that. Meaning tripods, microphones, lights, stabilizers, gimbals and much much more. These are my QUICK tips and thoughts on stuff i think is worth the money. These things can instantly up your game when it comes to filmmaking and photography.
