Hello everyone!

In response to a comment from our coconut grater assembly video, we made a coconut milk presser.

This design is for home use which can load 2-3 coconuts only. You can use the design as reference in making your own presser. It can be expand to increase the capacity according to your requirement.

Here are the basic materials used in the project:

1 pc2 x 2 inch x 1/4 inch thick Angle Bar ( Angle bar is a bit lower than C channel in terms of price comparison. You just need to do additional welding work with the angle bar to form a c channel).

If you will use c channel use this dimension 2x4" x 1/4" thick x 20ft

1 pc 12 Ton hydraulic jack
2 pcs turnbuckle
2 pcs extension Spring
Tetanized Bolt and Nuts m8

Turnbuckle serves as tensioner to adjust spring tension as needed.

Using a hydraulic presser maximize the amount of milk that can be extracted from the coconut pulp.
