Lemon Pepper Fried Chicken Tenders!🍋

Hey foodies! Today I made some lemon pepper fried chicken tenders! I’ll be trying these with some lemon pepper wings aswell so stay tuned :)

The ingredients are as follows:

1kg Chicken Tenders (or ur desired amount of chicken)

I seasoned with:

1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Cayenne
1/2 Juice of a lemon

After coating the chicken in egg and flour (lemon pepper fry mix, plain flour is fine too) fry the chicken for around 4/5 mins on each side on a medium/ high heat.

Once fried, melt some butter mixed with some lemon pepper seasoning and coat the chicken!

Plate up and enjoy!
