The stock market was down as a whole on Friday, leaving investors with a 3-day weekend to mull over their portfolios and their trades. The three Chinese EV stock companies, NIO, XPEV, and LI went right down with the rest of the market. The stock market rallied right back today, erasing many of the losses seen in last Friday's market, making these some of the best stocks to buy now.

The LI stock news is that the stock has had its price target increased to $44.50 by Jeffries. Between the market's upward pressure and the LI stock price target increase, the LI stock moved up dramatically in price today. LI Auto Inc. is likely the riskiest of the 3 Chinese EV stocks in this video, reacting arguably the strongest to the market sentiment, stronger than the XPEV stock and the NIO stock, possibly the top stock to buy now out of the 3 companies for a short-term gain.

The XPEV stock forecast is similar in behavior to the LI stock news. XPEV stock was also up today with the markets and a XPEV stock price target of over $54 from Jeffries Financial Group. Xpeng Inc is positioned to be the mid-tier EV leader in China at the moment. I expect both of these companies' stock prices to march upwards in the trading weeks ahead.

The NIO stock price news is that the price finally broke and settled below $60, which I previously believed would hold between $60 and $65, unable to break back over the $60 mark today even with the upward pressure from the market. Jeffries placed the NIO stock price target at $60. My NIO stock price prediction is that the price will quickly rebound above $60, but below $70 on positive financial or company news.

Despite the stock market being down on Friday, the Avinger stock was still up a considerable amount. Investors expressed hesitation in the face of inflation and increased tax rates from the tremendous stimulus packages that have been and are yet to be. Furthermore, the lockdown of 22 million people in China from COVID-19 concerns have also weighed heavily on the market. Then the AVGR stock price was up again today with the rest of the market and an upgraded AVGR stock price target of $2.50 was released by Aegis Capital.

CCIV stock news has stated that Churchill Capital will not comment on any rumors regarding a merger with Lucid Motors. The CCIV SPAC has inflated in price recently over rumors of the merger with Lucid, a highly anticipated EV company. My CCIV stock price prediction is that the price will continue to level or drop off as long as investors lose hope from no further news of the merger being released.

The GM stock news that brought GM's stock up in value is their partnership with Microsoft to develop autonomously driven EVs. Microsoft has a lot of development and experience in the AI and machine learning space. Their partnership with GM can bolster forward the autonomous EV market.
