1/2 cup All Purpose Cream

2 cans Evaporated milk (370ml)
1/2 cup Butter
1/3 cup Cornstarch
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Cheese (mozzarella)
Pinch Ground Nutmeg
1/2 cup All Purpose Cream
Salt and pepper

Grated Cheese
Dried Parsley
