AIR CANADA SIGNATURE CLASS IN 2021: How does it look now? | 787-9 Toronto to Vancouver
On my way back to Vancouver from Toronto last December, I used the loads of available upgrade space to bump my ticket to business class. As this was on a widebody (787), this is considered “Signature Class”, and normally comes with a lot of the amenities you’d find on longer international flights. I was really curious to see how this product has changed since the onset of the pandemic, especially as the airline has begun to slowly up their level of service in the months since last March. With lounges re-opening and decent food starting to come back, I’ll be going over my experience and sharing some of my thoughts on the product. I’ve also included quite a few clips from the flight, in case anyone is missing flying as much as me.
