Te Pā Harakeke – Senior housing render

Construction of 39 new units for senior residents on land behind the Flaxmere Community Centre will begin in April 2025, with completion scheduled for June 2026. Alexander Construction (HB) Ltd will build a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, built to Homestar guidelines and overlooking a shared green space.
