This is a tribute to Mark Onorato, a great sandwich maker and wise food philosopher, who appeared in the PBS documentary titled SANDWICHES THAT YOU WILL LIKE. Mark passed away on July 31 2017, the same day that Philadelphia food-writer Holly Moore died, and Holly was the one who led the PBS production team to George's.
This footage was shot for the 2002 premiere of the program but many PBS stations continue to air it when viewers request a rebroadcast.
