2019 Honda Ridgeline Steering Clunk

I’m having a very hard time figuring out what is causing this clunk. The dealership said they tightened some bolts a quarter turn and fixed it, but these videos are when I got home the same day. The sound is just as bad as it was before. At this point, the truck has just under 33k.
